Abstract

The goal of this project is to design and evaluate a web-based school management system that will give administrators and instructors the leverage they need to support all schools in effectively and efficiently managing their daily operations. Two different approaches make up analysis methods: suggested
system planning and current system analysis. The current system used direct surveys, interviews, instruction in classes, and literature study as its data collection methods. We developed the school system model to offer guidance and solutions to schools seeking to construct management systems. They
support the institution's strategic goals and direction by offering an impartial framework for information security and collection. These management solutions contribute to streamlining the institution's official processes and managerial duties. The education industry has been greatly impacted by the development of technology, with School Management Systems (SMS) emerging as essential tools
to improve communication, expedite administrative duties, and optimize overall school operations. This study offers an extensive examination of school management systems, highlighting their essential features, capabilities, and revolutionary impacts on learning environments. This article seeks to advance knowledge of the function and possible breakthroughs in the field of education through the deployment of strong school management systems through assessing existing trends, advantages, and difficulties.
