Shaikh Sadique, Dr. M.V. Waykole

Abstract

This paper research work focus on area of the concept of Human talent with help of some equations (logic, algebra, group theory & Computational Mathematics) and Models (Block diagrams, Flowcharts, Iconic, Graphs, Charts & Scaled models), which are not generated by any one for the same research purpose previously. Herewith this research work We tried to explain “Human talent are not just resources, it’s themselves one of the great sources to find out all possible resources”. Because we cannot predict human talent directly, to judge it and effective & efficient use of it, we must have to adapt some new methods for “Talent Acquisition”, and one of them most suitable tool is “Situational Leadership”, i.e. lead to every one according to their skill, talent, emotions & feelings, which We will explain with help of models and equations.
