Abstract

The goal of ergonomic risk assessment is to identify and mitigate the risk of injury or discomfort resulting from forceful, uncomfortable, or repetitive movements by evaluating workplace activities and the surrounding environment. The goal of the ergonomic assessment is to make sure that workers are safe and comfortable at work, which can boost output, lower absenteeism, and enhance general job satisfaction.. This will discuss an ergonomic assessment and the steps to conduct an ergonomic assessment in the Workplace. In order to detect and lower the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) brought on by clumsy, repetitive, or forceful motions, it assesses workplace practices and environments. The primary goal is to look into different ergonomic risk factors that the workers at KMML (the part that houses the segment production plant) are experiencing connected to musculoskeletal diseases at work. The work suggest corrective measures for task having high risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders and to undertake posture analysis of elevation activities.
