Power and Precision Combined: Innovating the Grinding Industry with a Hybrid-Powered Grinding Mill

Abstract


In the present technology, Mechanical energy is used to operate grinding machines. Grinding machine is used to grind different types of materials. The sustainable source of energy is electric power. This assignment provides a clearer conceptualization of how to start up a modest sharpening machinery enterprise. This technique functions as a backup power source in areas without electric and when a single person only needs only a small quantity of daily processed flour. The system consists of a mechanical cycling, mounting frame, grinding tool, and an ordinary portable mill with an hourly capacity of 8–10 kg of maize milling. Here, we activate the power source by pedalling a bicycle. With the use of shifting, the motor may provide mechanical energy to the grinding machine. We can mill a mixture of grains by pouring the contents into a grinder that grinds them
