Abstract

For this project, the idea of the proposal is to replace the manual work on drainage water filtration and cleaning with an automated system. We know that water has great value to human health, drainage is full of waste such as polythene, bottles, etc. The drains are shut off due to this dirt in the water. The drains are used for dumping and unfortunately sometimes there can be a loss of human life while cleaning drains. To overcome this problem and to save one's life we use the “Design and Fabrication of Water Drainage Filter”. We have planned for our project to use this inefficient method of waste management and regular filtration of water. This system consists of Ultrasonic sensor, bin collector, collecting jaws, conveyor mechanism, and DC Gear motors. The system has a DC motor that starts operating as soon as the setup starts using the sensor and microcontroller. We have added ultrasonic sensors for the detection of any sewage, drainage work. The process begins to collect the sewage waste through the collecting jaws and then throws the waste into a fixed bin on the machine. The set-up applies even to the sewage system (limited to a certain extent) so that surface debris can also be collected. Trash touching waste is also taken away. The main purpose of this program is to conserve electricity using sensors such as ultrasonic sensor and microcontroller. This program has limited human intervention in the cleaning process and reduces the spread of disease in humans.
