EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF TRIANGULAR PERFORATED WAVY TAPE SOLAR WATER HEATER

Abstract


With an objective of designing and developing triangular perforated wavy tapped inserts in the GI tube of solar water heater; and, further investigate the thermal efficiency of this water heater. This analysis is based on the fact at the 60-degree angle of perforated triangular wavy tape. The experimental observational is performed on monthly basis of four month (March, April, May and June) in the year of 2022. The result is observed that the maximum efficiency is gained on 15th march 2022 at 40 per cent. During these months interval the minimum is observed on 15th June 2022 at 36 per cent.
