Abstract

Petroleum-based energy sources currently account for the majority of global home energy consumption. The most significant energy consumer in the economy is the food industry, and demand for this energy is rising steadily every day. Cooking using solar energy is one of the most popular ways to satisfy energy demands. Distribution and propagation on a wide scale are still restricted. There are many different solar cooking systems available worldwide, but just a few were employed. The most current advancements in solar cooking technology are covered in this essay. An outline of the developed solar cookers is provided by the comprehensive evaluation of solar cooking technology. The operation of a solar parabolic cooker is based on the sun thermal heating concept. Solar thermal systems use solar energy to produce heat. The performance of the solar cooker with continual heating process is improved by the parabolic solar cooker with sun tracking system, which also lessens the frequency of manual tracking and standing of the sun. With sensors and a microcontroller, track the sun. A parabolic reflector aids in focusing the light onto a specific area of the cooker, converting the light's energy into heat. As a result of this heating process, the food in the pot gets cooked.
