Abstract

In this article, aerodynamic forces were discussed, and it was possible to create a very important effect in reducing fuel consumption with the help of this force and the design of the car body. Aerodynamics is the study of forces that are exposed to airflow on a solid surface. To better study and understand these effects and compare them in different objects and situations, we need to define Aerodynamic Forces. These parameters include drag, lift, torque, center of pressure and pressure coefficient. Aerodynamics is the study of the motion of a three-dimensional object in the atmosphere and discusses how an object looks and the interactions of that shape when moving at high speed in a space composed of gas. In the case of Aerodynamic Forces, it has many applications due to the movement of this threedimensional object on the road and in the aerodynamic atmosphere. For car design and construction, aerodynamic issues are one of the most important parts when designing. In this paper, with the help of aerodynamic forces and their study, lower fuel consumption and maximum speed and stability when traveling at high speeds were investigated. Also, the noise caused by the movement and the amount of its penetration into the cabin is significantly reduced by this test. Aerodynamic tests were performed for the car at a speed of more than 60 km/h for low pressure and low-pressure areas at the front and rear of the vehicle. The drag coefficient was changed according to the distance between the two hollow tubes in the front of the car to understand the effect of the flow position on the aerodynamic forces in the car to compare the car configuration with the main air conditioning connection.
