Abstract

Radiators are very important components in cars and their practical role in cars is to cool the car engine and other equipment. In fact, you can easily see the radiator in the car's water tanks, which helps with the rapid transfer of heat from the water to the air, which is applied to the car's temperature in case of limitation. The radiator in the car is so important that if it breaks down, it can cause serious damage to various parts of the car. The radiator system, which has antifreeze and antiboiling water, sends water to important parts of the car by pumping water into the radiator tank, and cools the parts of the car that are in contact with water. In this paper, a new sensor was introduced for the radiator that the new sensor can obtain the necessary information by using infrared waves from the liquid surface inside the radiator tank. This information is sent by this sensor to the electronic control unit (ECU) and is displayed on the car odometer screen by a digital display with a new design. Necessary information about the screen on the car odometer screen with three colors indicating the necessary performance for the sensor is introduced, red indicates the radiator tank is empty, blue indicates the radiator tank is full and green indicates the average water level Is a radiator. The experiments were performed experimentally. Then a diagram is drawn to show the cost and performance before and after the installation of the sensor to reduce costs, which contributed to this new idea and proposal for the car.
