Abstract

The body outline shapes the foundation of a vehicle; its rule work is to convey the greatest burden for all planned working circumstances securely. A vehicle's chassis is the main carriage framework. The frame serves as a framework on which items such as the gearbox and motor are placed. The bike chassis comprises of the suspension, frame, brakes and wheels. The chassis is the base which represents overall style of the two wheeler. Regularly involved material for bike case is steel which is weighty in weight or all the more precisely in thickness. There are different substitute materials like composites, aluminum combinations, titanium, carbon fiber, magnesium, and so on which are lesser in weight and give high strength and in this manner can be utilized for skeleton. This survey manages plan of chassis frame of a bike and its weight streamlining. Various loading circumstances, such as static and dynamic loadings, will be applied to the chassis, and the design will be escalated by reducing the chassis' weight while keeping its strength by employing alternate materials
