Abstract

At present waste management is a burning issue throughout the world. Waste to energy technology is an excellent solution to this issue. In this paper it is basically tried to fabricate and analyze the performance of a waste to energy based setup for domestic use regarding the perspective of a developing country, Bangladesh. In this study focus is mainly made on the combustion process. Three different types of waste has been used to judge the feasibility of the model. Finally further investigations have been suggested to improve the model considering the health and environment.
