The main objective of this project is to design and build a wrench that eliminates the need to bring a large number of tools to work. This device will aid in the single-handed tightening and loosening of nuts of various sizes. The tool's planned rubber handle will give more grip and prevent the tool from slipping while in use. The adjustable gripping tool is versatile enough to be utilised in both industrial and domestic conditions. Today's wrench has a multitude of flaws, including the requirement to carry numerous wrenches for different nut sizes and the wrenches losing grip while being handled. These challenges are proposed to be resolved by making the wrench adjustable, hence promoting ease of use, and increasing adaptability. Existing wrenches are limited to only one size of bolt or nut due to their design. However, the bionic wrenches now on the market are far more complex and effective in terms of adaptability. The goal is to come up with a better technique to apply the concept and to fix the shortcomings of the existing products. This task is intended to be accomplished using a sequential design process that includes brainstorming ideas, producing a CAD model of the product, performing product analysis, and then revising the design based on the analysis results in order to obtain the best possible design. Throughout the design process, the product's durability and long service life will be considered. This is proposed to be accomplished by choosing appropriate materials for certain sections, devising a design that promotes safety and ergonomic characteristics, and including protective designs. The suggested design will be trouble-free to dismantle and reassemble, with simplicity of use and maintenance in mindReferences
