Abstract

This paper includes about all types of stainless steel used in different type of plants, machines, components etc. It is a very interesting article for those who wish to know the importance of this wonderful alloy used since 1925 (about). The article discusses all major five types: martensitic steel, ferritic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, precipitator stainless steel and duplex stainless steel with their properties and application.
