Bimetallic weld joint is utilized in evaporator reactor and compressed water reactor plan, where low carbon steel amalgam segments are welded to treated steel channelling framework. The goal of the examination is to explore the mechanical properties and microstructure investigation of welded joint between Mild steel and SS202 with two distinctive filler metal SS308L and SS316L by tungsten dormant gas welding. Higher elasticity was accomplished with filler pole SS316L. In this work, SS308L and SS316L filler rod is used to welding mild steel and stainless steel SS202. The proposed SS 308L enhanced resistance to Sulphur attach at high temperature. It is ductile and tough and can be readily fabricated and machined. It is a suitable wire for application at cryogenic temperatures. Welding deformity like porosity can radically influence the properties of welded joint. At high welding speed, there is possibility of welding abandons and ill-advised infiltration of weld metal stories place. The comparative analysis of stress and strain to be calculated. The examination af irms the well blending of treated steel and gentle steel with filler bars inside the weld pool. The mechanical properties as far as extreme rigidity discovered to be high as 467.54 N/mm 2 with filler bar SS316L and miniature hardness esteem at the focal point of the welded zone was discovered greatest (294 HV) with filler material SS316L, the break of the ductile test example were acquired external the weld zone.References
