Abstract

This study is about of the analysis the failure of ball joint and make the ball joint stronger by changing the neck diameter of ball joint. As the ball joint is very important part in the automobile vehicle, because of its failure the major problem can be generated. Ball joint in the automobile can fail without giving any intimation or sign. For the safety and avoid the failure of ball joint we need to design ball joint which can absorb the higher stress. We get reference of the standard ball joint used in automobile and then we test that ball joint take experiments on that, after the result observation we modified the design which can improve the stress capacity and the safety of the ball joint
