Abstract

Indian manufacturing is experiencing good times for most of the last year, index of industrial production growth is at highest in several quarters, and the driver of this phase growth is ‘Make-In-India’ concept which is providing a platform for ease of doing business. While growth and reforms continue, there are sweeping changes happening in technology front. Additive manufacturing is current technological advancement which can save the aerospace industry time and money; it can also save lives in the medical field.
